Dann honn ich getrocknete Chilis in woorem Wasser ingeweicht \u2013 voar allem honn ich von der Guajillo sort benutzt, awer ooch en poor St\u00fcck von der Negro, der Pasilla unn der Cascabel (Kuriosit\u00e4t f\u00fcr uns Deitschbr\u00e4siljooner: in Mexiko hot jeder frische Chili-Peffer sort sein eichne Noome, awer dann wenn getrocknedt, noh Tradition, kriehn se en gaz anner Noome.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Alswie Geweerze honn ich Kreizk\u00fcmmel, Speis-Nelke, schwarze Peffer, Koriander unn Paprika geholl \u2013 unn zus\u00e4tzlich en klen bisschje Fenchelsome, Ingwerpulver unn Selleriesome.
